Integration Partners
What are Integration Partners?
Integration partners come in all shapes and sizes. For you to run a successful digital onboarding program, you will need a few basic integration partners or third party data providers.
One of which is an identity verification provider. These providers come in all shapes and sizes as well. We encourage you browse through our LendAPI Marketplace and browse all of the latest vendors we like and could help you with your identity verification efforts.
The other basic type of integration partner is probably a credit bureau. We also have some of the credit bureaus lined up in our Marketplace as well for you to browse through. These credit bureaus are integral for you if you are in the financial services industry.
There are other enterprise software platforms such as Salesforce that could act as your customer relationship management or CRM system. Or if you are a bank of credit union, a bank core such as Thought Machine might be your CRM system. Whatever the case may be, after a customer completes their onboarding process, their information needs to be stored into another system.
LendAPI will deliver that connectivity to your enterprise CRM system such as a bank core, loan management system or any other type of CRM to keep these customer records and relationships moving forward.
