RayTech’s co-founders, Bill Allen and Melissa Riggs, have previously founded, owned, and managed other leading servicing companies. Together, they have experience in managing more than 500,000 finance contracts for clients including Fortune 100 companies, leading specialty and captive finance companies, and innovative startups. RayTech’s core mission is to achieve outstanding portfolio results for our clients with state-of-the art accounting and CRM systems, an omni-channel contact center platform, and advanced reporting and analytics.

We have multiple, high touch ways to communicate with our clients and their customers. Our contact center staff uses phone calls, texts, chats, and emails to provide both a digital and a personal approach to customer service. We also have online client and borrower portals that provide our clients and their customers with 24/7 access to their account information, reports and dashboards. . Our systems are also API enabled so we can promptly integrate with our clients’ systems.
