About the Role:
As a Sales Lead/Manager at LendAPI, you'll lead a dynamic team to drive new business and ensure revenue growth in the financial services sector. You’ll develop and implement sales strategies, oversee the sales pipeline, and actively participate in high-level negotiations. Managing key client relationships and cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing teams will be essential. We’re looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of fintech.
What You Will Do:
Lead sales strategy development and execution.
Manage a team of Sales Executives, providing mentorship and guidance to meet and exceed targets.
Establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring LendAPI’s solutions meet client needs.
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
About You:
5+ years in SaaS sales and 2+ years in sales management.
Expertise in fintech and financial services preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a focus on results and customer success.
