Job Overview:

LendAPI is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth post-implementation support, and driving customer engagement. This role will be critical in customer discovery calls, helping clients maximize the value of LendAPI’s platform. What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation, ensuring their success with the LendAPI platform.

  • Drive customer engagement by conducting discovery calls, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and customer growth.

  • Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical and business inquiries.

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and platform utilization.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, using data to improve customer experience.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers, offering training and insights to help them optimize platform usage.

  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients to provide actionable insights to product teams.

  • Participate in the development of customer success strategies and processes to scale customer support efforts as the company grows.


About You:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You must have a strong technical background that can understand customer requirements

  • You must be able to create tickets and work with engineers to resolve any issues from the client

  • You must have FinTech, Bank or Finacing background.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving business challenges using technology.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and proactively manage customer accounts.

  • Experience with SaaS products or a technical background is highly preferred.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
