LendAPI is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth post-implementation support, and driving customer engagement. This role will be critical in customer discovery calls, helping clients maximize the value of LendAPI’s platform. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation, ensuring their success with the LendAPI platform.
Drive customer engagement by conducting discovery calls, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and customer growth.
Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technical and business inquiries.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and platform utilization.
Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, using data to improve customer experience.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers, offering training and insights to help them optimize platform usage.
Gather and analyze feedback from clients to provide actionable insights to product teams.
Participate in the development of customer success strategies and processes to scale customer support efforts as the company grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving business challenges using technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and proactively manage customer accounts.
Experience with SaaS products or a technical background is highly preferred.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
