Platform Update:

We increased our platform speed by 400%. We’ve been working on some of the fundamental elements of our decision engine and it’s far more responsive than our previous version and our new platform, especially its core functionalities, is 4x faster with existing hardware infrastructure.

We have more details about our new Product Studio below.

We also have a brand new contract management studio where fintech lenders can manage their contracts, promissory notes in a brand new way. We will share more information about that shortly.

Introducing Product Studio 2.0

We rebuilt our product studio from the ground up and here are some key features that we think you will like.

We have a brand new way for you to build pages, add fields. Now each field can be customized in their unique way. You can add these fields in a dual or tri-column format for even more flexibility.

The entire product studio’s UI and its usability is completely redesigned. It’s modern and snappy. Users will enjoy using this platform even more. The studio is more responsive with better messaging to guide your design experience with more intuitive messages.

And speaking of messages, warning messages are now being displayed consistently within the product studio on the lower left hand corner. These warning messages are more intuitive with guidance on how to correct potential mistakes.

Navigational buttons such as the critical “back buttons” are visible even if certain settings are turned off to guide the product author's visual cues to follow the product flow logic.

We also have a new control to allow product authors to turn on/off the product studio url as a redirect url. This is useful when clients are buying leads from lead generators and when the lead buy decision is made these products created by the product studio can act as the redirect url, landing the customer on an approved or welcome page.

You can now customize the name of each page of the product you created in product studio for ultimate customization. 

You can also pick which rule or rules you want to trigger after each page is completed. The new author UX will give a better feel as to which rule is being triggered and it will give you a better understanding on how to manage the page flow.

There are too many enhancements to mention in this release note but look out for Product Studio Academy videos in the coming days that will give you a detailed walkthrough of our new product studio.

Platform Performance Boost:

We’ve been working non-stop on this. We fundamentally rebuild many interconnected pieces of our platform to boost database performance, caching performance and overall responsiveness of our decision engine.

Expect a 4x increase in performance with our existing cloud infrastructure. We are still working on ways to speed our performance even further. So please stay tuned for more announcements 

API Enhancements:

We made several changes to our Get Application API. This API will now return all related information within the application as well as the rules, pricing used to generate the decision result. This API is now available to use today.

Contract Management:

We’ve made several changes to Contract Management (formally known as Offer Agreement). First, you can now call each contract via our new Signature API call. Secondly, each version of the contract is now in the list view for easy preview. 

Rules Studio:

We cleaned up linking decisioning outcomes and made it easy to understand by getting rid of some check boxes that are no longer relevant.

Erratum: 

We fixed a few places relating to variable editing. We put in more messaging in the error message to be more helpful. 

We also address an issue where Mobile OTP is not sending out verification codes. 

We also fixed issues relating to Offer Agreement publication, Email address length and upgrade path in subscription related issues. 

We also fixed some workflow related issues in our Super Admin (yes we have that too) panel.
