Our old website served an important purpose for the past year and that’s how you go to know us. We had documentations, we had blogs and we had our marketplace. 

The new website features full illustrations from our art department. We added customer case studies and our new KYB data products. We added a new About Us page as well as landing pages for the most popular platform products, our Decision Engine as well as our Product Studio.

We are excited for you to look around and give us your feedback. We have a ton of features to be added but we think it’s a great way to kick off year 2 at LendAPI!

We also launched LendAPI’s first Data Services - Know Your Business. No longer will you be locked into long term contracts, monthly minimums and unreasonable termination clauses. Check out LendAPI KYB. It’s available to use today.

Introducing Rich Editor 2.0

Due to popular demand, we are releasing a brand new rich text editor. This feature powers many places in the LendAPI Platform. The new rich text editor will have new listing tools, more comprehensive editing functionality as well as new preview functionalities.

This will make managing, customizing your templates for consents, contracts even more enjoyable. The new feature is automatically rolled out for all LendAPI platform subscribers.

Model Studio - Nested Custom Variables

We know you love creating those nested derived variables in the model studio. We are now allowing big-brain data scientists to create another layer of nested derived variables just for fun. Show us what you can do. This new feature is available now for everyone on the platform. 

LendAPI Data Product - Know Your Business

Since we released our LendAPI KYB product, we had a lot of people signing up for the ease of its simplicity and no minimum commitments. We added a few data points for you to track prepaid credits and traction count so it’s clear how much you’ve used and when to top up again.

Google Tag manager Plug-in

We implemented Google Tag Manager as a plug-in so you can track how people are navigating the pages you’ve created within the product studio! Goto Integrations panel and active your Google Tag Manager, this is available now to everyone on the platform.

“Free Trial”

We have a lot of people asking us to bring back the free trial and we are doing just that. Before we release the 14 day free trial as part of the sign up, we need to implement a few house cleaning items. We implemented a few of these but we are still a week or so away from letting folks in without having to make a financial commitment.

Erratum 

We closed a few OTP loopholes for us at the platform level. No impacts to our clients. 

When you are adding a new application from the backend admin panel, only active products will show from the application-type drop down.

Our “approval” webhook had a little behavioral issue. It was firing before it needed to be fired. We fixed that and released it. Our webhook didn’t leave a good impression after it had expired. We fixed that as well to handle our goodbyes a little better.

We fixed how we whisper to Plaid’s IDV product. Yeah, that.

We had to do a little traffic copping with Application Details when the same email was being used for the same application. That’s all fixed and resolved.
