We would also like to announce our entry into the world of mortgages with the release of our 1003 application API as well as our MISMO format file output API! This allows everyone to get ready for the next mortgage boom. We are ready to take in your application via an API or use our product builder to build your 1003 application process. The output from LendAPI’s platform will be the new MISMO v3.4 and v3.6 file format so you can easily interact with your mortgage bank and submit applications.

This past week we’ve worked on strengthening our core team as well. We have two sales executives coming onboard full time this coming Monday and we are converting a bunch of our part time employees into full time opportunities and giving them more responsibility to help to grow LendAPI.

We also launched a few clients and we couldn’t be happier with how our company is positioned for the rest of 2024 and well into 2025.

Overall Platform Updates

• We removed the “Add Application" button from the dashboard view. This was part of a legacy flow. You can add applications from specific products you’ve created in the Product Studio. This is released in v2.6.0

• We enhanced a few spots in UI issues relating to our email template wizards. This is released in v2.6.0

• We fixed a minor date time display issue. This is released in v2.6.0

• We resolved an issue where the Tenant logo can also be used for a complete private label. This is released in v2.6.0

• We fixed an issue where one of the Application Detail subpages is not scrollable. This is fixed in v2.6.0

• We resolved the email template hyperlink spacing issue. This is released in v2.6.0

• We fixed an Application Detail decision tree result due to caching issues. This is released in v2.6.0

Product Studio 

• We fixed a Product Studio Wizard flow in Safari browser. This is released in v2.6.0

• Some of the icons for application page flow as well as document upload icons are now made to be mobile friendly. This is released in v2.6.0

• You can now trigger a manual review status from the application wizard flow itself in addition to the rule based manual review trigger. This is now available in v2.6.0

• We fixed a minor UI related issue when you add a new page/tab within the application wizard flow. This is released in v2.6.0

• We implemented a new Real Estate financing broker application submission flow. This is released in v2.6.0

• We released an update for store personnel to generate a final invoice for the customers to digital sign via an email link when the product is purchased. This is released in v2.6.0

• We resolved some UI related issues for an online BNPL financing company on certain fields and general feedback before production day. This is released in v2.6.0

• We replaced Sophtron with Plaid for one of our clients. This was configured in v2.6.0

• We resolved a minor issue relating to removing fields within a certain page in the Product Wizard. This is released in v2.6.0

• We resolved an issue relating to reset password hints. This is fixed in v2.6.0

• We added a new Configuration to allow multiple applications using the same email. This is released in v2.6.0

Rules Studio

• We implemented Decision Logic related rules for a private client. This is released in v2.6.0

• We added a “Create by” column in Rule Studio’s list view to see which user created which rule set. This is released in v2.6.0

• We optimized the speed of Decision Tree rendering animation. This is released in v2.6.0

• We added Delete APIs at the end of API Automation testing. This is for internal use and it’s released in v2.6.0

Variable Studio

• No changes

Pricing Engine

• You can now use derived variables in Pricing Engine. This is released in v2.6.0

Reports Studio

• No changes

Tenant Admin Features

• We resolved an issue where one of our clients was having issues using the API to call one of their sub-tenant in their subscription. This is released in v2.6.0

Tools

• Ability to add, configure and monitor A/B testing strategies within the LendAPI dashboard’s A/B Testing Studio. This is released in v2.6.0

• Ability to cancel, view results and start/stop A/B testing in LendAPI’s A/B Testing Studio. This is released in v2.6.0

• We made both A/B testing and Back testing tools more mobile friendly. This is released in v2.6.0

Integration Partners

• We resolved an issue where Chirp data is redirected and loaded into Pave.dev for further processing. This is now resolved in v2.6.0

• We launched a new way for Chirp to deliver data to Bankuity and generate Bankuity attributes based on Chirp data. This is now released in v2.6.0

• We released a private TransUnion based tradeline enrichment API for a private client. This is released in v2.6.0

• We are now integrated with Middesk. This is released in v2.6.0

• We had to disable MaxMind in one of our private client’s instances. The API is not working. This is released in v2.6.0
